  • Mix all ingredients except meat; pour over meat in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat meat. Refrigerate 6 hours to marinate.
  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Remove meat from marinade; place in shallow pan. Discard marinade.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until done (145ºF). Let stand 3 min.


Substitute 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork tenderloin and reduce baking time to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

    This turned out fantastic! I'm not much of a pork fan, but the marinade was really easy, and then you just throw it in the oven! I served this with some white rice, and made a little extra dipping sauce with equal parts of honey, soy sauce, and the salad dressing. I'll definitely do this again!
