Hot Artichoke, Caramelized Onion & Bacon Dip

They'll know it's a party when they see this on the table: a glorious hot artichoke dip with sweet caramelized onions and crispy bits of bacon.

What You Need

1
tsp.  oil
1
 sweet onion, coarsely chopped
1
can  (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1
cup  KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
4
slices  cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
1
 green onion, sliced

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

HEAT oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add sweet onions; cook 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Mix with remaining ingredients except green onions.

SPOON into shallow ovenproof dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until hot and bubbly. Top with green onions.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with crackers or fresh vegetable dippers, such as thick bell pepper wedges, large mushroom caps and/or thick diagonally cut carrot slices.
Make Ahead
This delicious dip can be mixed together ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 3 days. When ready to serve, bake in 350°F oven 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Top with green onions.
Substitute
Substitute 9-inch pie plate for the ovenproof dish.
