Rated 5 out of 5 by from The recipe is good. The recipe is good. To make it great follow these steps. 1. Double recipe (fits 9x13) 2.substitute 1 cup sour cream for 1 of the cups mayo. 3.Add 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4.Substitute garlic powder (1 tbsp)instead of cloves (easier). 5.Sprinkle bread crumbs on top before broiling (adds crisp on top). 6. Cook under broiler, lower rack for 15 minutes (avoids cooking oil out of mayo). Garnish with chopped tomatoe (drained). Enjoy!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I tried this recipe to use up a can of artichoke hearts I had. I tried this recipe to use up a can of artichoke hearts I had. I usually make my artichoke dip with similar ingredients but use cream cheese instead of mayo and add shredded mozarella. This was really not as good as mine. My husband ate some thinking it was my usual dip and made the most disgusted face once he tasted it. He told me to throw it out and stick to my old recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I absolutely love this recipe! I absolutely love this recipe! I have made it twice now and will definitely make it again soon, especially during football and basketball games. This time I didn't have grated parmesean cheese so I used mozzarella and added some Kraft garlic & herb parmesean topping and it really gave it added flavor. It's a huge hit in my house, thank you so much!!!!

I like to serve it with triscuits or bagel chips for something a little different. Has a distinct rich flavor and is always a hit with the tasters! Great for the holidays.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my old go to recipe, except for the garlic, which I might try next time around. This is my old go to recipe, except for the garlic, which I might try next time around. My recipe without the garlic is eaten up immediately by all. We also use Triscuit crackers to spread it on, as well as slices of baguette. Everyone loves it and it is SO easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The basic recipe is delicious. The basic recipe is delicious. You can also start with it and experiment. Try adding crab meat or stuffing in mushroom caps. Substitute slices of green peppers for crackers for dipping. Top with tomatoes in lieu of the red peppers.
