Rated 5 out of 5 by from HOT CHEESE LOVERS DREAM!!! I have made this recipe before & each time it never disappoints. I usually double it because it's always a hit. I mince up a whole bulb of fresh garlic, fresh basil & a quarter of fresh red onion & mix everything in one bowl. After transferring to rectangular, glass baking dish, I cover it with seasoned panko bread crumbs that have been browned in butter in a frying pan & bake until bubbly, golden brown. I serve with blue corn tortilla chips or thin sliced crusty French baguette. Sometimes, I do add diced roasted red peppers or scallions or even crab meat or diced shrimp. Just think about what you like before you add more ingredients & if it sounds good, try it. This is definitely a go to at all my big dinners. Enjoy!
