  • Mix dressing and mustard in medium bowl until blended. Add artichokes, peppers and onions; mix well.
  • Spoon into 1-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
  • Bake 6 to 8 min. or until dip is heated through and cheese is melted.

Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Prepare as directed, adding 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, and 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese to the artichoke mixture before spooning into prepared casserole and baking as directed.

Special Extra

Add 1 minced clove garlic to the artichoke mixture before spooning into prepared casserole and baking as directed.

    Loved suggestions by others! Used low-fat mayo, just 3 Tbsp of chopped roasted peppers, 1/2 box of chopped spinach, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard. Very tasty! Will add garlic next time.

    Would only use a tsp of dijon mustard. 3 tbsp was too much.
