Loved suggestions by others! Used low-fat mayo, just 3 Tbsp of chopped roasted peppers, 1/2 box of chopped spinach, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard. Very tasty! Will add garlic next time.
Would only use a tsp of dijon mustard. 3 tbsp was too much.
