What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1
cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1
env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1
pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
1
pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

BEAT cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add broccoli and 1-1/2 cups Cheddar; mix well.

SPREAD into 9-inch pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Substitute
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Use Your Microwave
Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring every 3 min. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until melted.
Keeping it Safe
Discard perishable foods which have been left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Any leftover dip should be covered, refrigerated and used within 3 days.
