  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add broccoli and 1-1/2 cups cheddar; mix well.
  • Spread into 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake 20 min. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Substitute

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Use Your Microwave

Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring every 3 min. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until melted.

Keeping it Safe

Discard perishable foods which have been left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Any leftover dip should be covered, refrigerated and used within 3 days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I make this for my snack day at work by request. I make this for my snack day at work by request. Everyone loves it! I have made different variations subsituting the broccoli for other veggies such as spinach, and I even did collard greens, which was the biggest hit. I used the frozen collard greens, and drained them like you would do spinach. Instead of serving this with crackers I serve with grilled flat bread or naan. So good!

I beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and Italian seasoning together and put into a crock pot and then added the cheese & broccoli. I would probably make again but it won't be my go to recipe for a party.
