Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made these cupcakes for my little sisters birthday in July. I made these cupcakes for my little sisters birthday in July. They were perfect because they need to be refridgerated for the whipped topping and everyone enjoyed the cool treat! They were also so fun to make and very cute. I could also see using them for a winter treat too since they are hot cocoa!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These turned out really cute...and they tasted good, too! These turned out really cute...and they tasted good, too! I made them for a party last December, and they're perfect for that time of year. Next time, I'll skip the sprinkled cocoa powder. It was probably a chef's error, but it made a big mess and I don't think it added much to the taste.

I really liked the frosting, because it wasn't too sugary or sweet. I like the cool whip type frostings. Will definitely make again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These cupcakes were so good. These cupcakes were so good. The texture of the icing changes while cooling and becomes "moosey." MMMM, very good. I might throw in a few marshmallows in the batter next time just to see how that turns out or add some marshmallow extract.

They really tasted like a smooth cup of hot cocoa. I was very impressed! Only sugguestion is using 1/2 the tub of Cool-Whip. I had way too much frosting.
