This was really good, but I made a few changes. Here's exactly what I did: 2 oz shredded wheat & bran cereal, 1/4 unsweetened applesauce, omitted the yogurt, 2 Tbsp. raisins (black & golden), 1/2 medium sized banana, 1 tsp. brown sugar, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, & 1/2 cup fat free milk heated up & then poured over top. It turned out delicious, healthy, filling, & satisfying. :)
