COOK bacon and onion in skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp; drain.
BEAT Neufchatel in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add Cheddar cheese and cottage cheese; mix well. Add bacon mixture, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder; beat until well blended. Spoon into small crock or baking dish; cover with foil.
BAKE at 375°F for 10 minutes. Uncover; bake an additional 5 minutes. Top each cracker with a generous teaspoonful of spread.
