The dough ingredients can be mixed together ahead of time. Mix as directed, then place in prepared bowl and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, punch down dough, roll into balls and continue as directed.
Sprinkle additional 2 Tbsp. finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts over glazed buns.
The milk needs to be warmed in order to activate the yeast. If you prefer to instead heat the milk on top of the stove, pour it into a small saucepan, then cook on medium heat just until warmed (about 100°F). If milk is too hot, it will kill the yeast. Or, if it is not heated enough, the dough may not rise, or might take longer to rise.
Instead of using the egg white for the egg wash, you can instead use a whole egg.
