This is so good. I didn't change a thing. A huge hit at our dinner party.
Wow, restaurant quality food. I followed the recipe exactly except I used an extra clove of garlic and made it ahead of time keeping it in the refrigerater several hours before baking. As the mixture was cold my baking time was around 40-45 minutes before it started to brown on top. Served with pita chips. Can't wait to make it again.
Fantastic appetizer. I served with Reduced Fat Triscuits and it was a hit! Will definitely make this again.
