what you need

1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
1/4 cup  (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup  milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tsp.  vanilla

Make It

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

ADD sugar, milk and whipping cream; stir until well blended. Microwave 5 min. or until mixture is thick and sugar is completely dissolved, stirring after 3 min. Stir in vanilla.

SERVE immediately. (Or, store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Reheat just before serving.)

How to Warm Sauce
Spoon sauce into microwaveable bowl or measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or just until heated through, stirring after each minute.
