Made with chocolate, butter, cream and sugar, this easy Hot Fudge Sauce tastes great drizzled over desserts. It’s also perfect for holiday gift-giving.

What You Need

pkg.  (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into pieces
cup  butter or margarine
cups  sugar
cup  milk
cup  whipping cream
tsp.  vanilla

Make It

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

ADD sugar, milk and cream; stir until well blended. Microwave 5 min. or until sauce is thickened and sugar is completely dissolved, stirring after 3 min. Stir in vanilla.

SERVE immediately.

How to Warm Sauce
Spoon sauce into microwaveable bowl or measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or just until heated through, stirring after each minute.
Substitute 1 cup half-and-half for the milk and whipping cream.
Make Ahead
Sauce can be made ahead of time. Cool, then store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 7 days. Reheat just before serving.
