Hot Ham and Cheese Spread Recipe

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

slices OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, finely chopped

1/8

tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

RITZ Crackers

Make It

MIX all ingredients except crackers in microwaveable bowl.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring after 2 min.

SERVE with crackers.

Three-Cheese Dip

Prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese to the cheese mixture before microwaving.

A really quick and easy recipe, that is very well liked. I first brought it to a 50th Bday, for a friend, and nearly all of their 30+ guests raved about it and wanted the recipe. Next, I brought it to a family function. Now my children request I bring this for their family functions, and their guests always rave about it, as well! Love it!! (I have altered recipe only with various cheeses -- still great.

I made this for the block party, as it was my turn to host it. I added 2 green onions and a quarter cup of parmesan cheese. once I microwaved it, I then put in a bread bowl. It was totally gone in an hour
