This was a great dip to bring to our friends Taco night. Although it was very rich tasting, it got eaten fast! I changed the recipe a bit to match what ingredients I had on hand. I used a can of corn, drained, a can of mild rotel instead of tomato and jalapenos,also drained, and added some chunks of velveeta for a little bit more cheesy action :) We also served it with a tostitos. Thanks for the idea Kraft!
