  • Mix all ingredients except chili powder until blended.
  • Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with chili powder.
  • Bake 20 min. or until dip is heated through and top is golden brown.


Substitute 2 sliced green onions for the chopped jalapeño peppers.

Serving Suggestion

    Just made this thought I would test it before I took to a party omg so yummy and easy and cheap to make. I personally like REALLY SPICY so I'd probably add a bit more jalapeños.

    This is a great dip to serve at parties and family dinners. I've made it several times and it's always been a big hit. Great when served with white or blue tortilla chips. Easy to double for large crowds and can be made the night before and then popped in the oven right when you need it.
