There was a time when this amazing dip, in all its hot Parmesan and artichoke goodness, hadn’t been invented. Glad we don’t live in that time.

This is an easy appetizer that always turns out great. ....For over 10+ years I have constantly made this for parties ( from Superbowls to summer cookouts). I have several friends who get up-set when I show up without it. - add a 8oz package of frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained) and a little fresh garlic to the mix then bake per the recipe. Serve warm with a box of 'Triscuits' Note: (only use Kraft Parmensan -in the green can). Other brands are too powdery and will give only so-so results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe rocks! This recipe rocks! I don't add the pimentos or onions though- just because I have young kids and they're not into red stuff or things that crunch. I also added a little less mayo. Other then that it's awesome. I also divide the recipe into 3-4 smaller containers and heat it as needed for afternoon snacks. It's perfect! My husband loves it as do the kids (ages 2 & 5). I serve mine with tortilla chips, or sometimes those pita chips. It's awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made for a Deacons and Wives Dinner Party. Made for a Deacons and Wives Dinner Party. Everyone went on about how delicious it was and many of the women asked me for the recipe. I added the green chilies and about 3/4 drops of tabasco sauce. I doubled the recipe and after baking, garnished with chopped tomatoes and green onions. I plan to make it for our Candlelight Service at Church this Sunday night for fellowship following the service. I have given the recipe to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this many times and everyone always loves it. I have made this many times and everyone always loves it. I do use ligt mayo instead, however, since it's a little too greasy for us when I use the regular mayo. I use the Kraft boxed parmesan in the recipe because it's cheaper and you really can't tell that it's not fresh, but I usually top it with freshly grated parmesan right when it comes out of the oven. Either way, it's great!

This is a great recipe; however, I don't think it needs the addition of the tomato and onion, even just sprinkled on top. I have added pimento (drained really well) to add color at the holidays. To the person who used half miracle whip...well, I think that is the problem, it's too tart, why would anyone use it in this anyway? Calls for all mayo.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was tremendously good. This was tremendously good. My hubbie, who had never had artichokes, turned up his nose when he saw me making it . . . but I assure you, he polished off the baking dish once it was done! I did use Kraft's light mayo and their reduced fat parmesan. (Hey -- every little bit helps!) I don't think the integrity of the recipe was damaged! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this dip for the Super Bowl and it was gone before halftime! Made this dip for the Super Bowl and it was gone before halftime! Everyone loved it! I served it was slices of baguette bread, torilla chips, and crackers. It tasted great with all of them. I have made this dip several times since then and it always goes fast. I will say that I increased the garlic to 2 tsp. for better flavor.
