Use Your Oven
Potatoes can be baked in the oven. Prick with fork or sharp knife as directed. Bake at 425°F for 45 to 55 min. or until tender. Add desired toppings; place on baking sheet. Continue baking until toppings are heated through and cheese is melted.
Makes 4 servings.
Try using leftovers to speed things up even more. For example, microwave extra potatoes the night before. Or, use leftover cooked ground beef or sliced cooked chicken as potato toppers.
