  • Mix Neufchatel, lemon zest, lemon juice and seasonings in medium bowl until blended.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.

How to Soften the Neufchatel

Place completely unwrapped package of Neufchatel in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of Neufchatel.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with quartered Hawaiian rolls, assorted crackers and/or baguette slices.
