  • Mix all ingredients. Store in airtight container.
  • For 1 Serving Place 2 Tbsp. Hot Spiced Tea Mix in large cup or mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir until mix is dissolved.
  • For 4 Servings Place 1/2 cup Hot Spiced Tea Mix into heatproof pitcher or bowl. Add 3 cups boiling water. Stir until mix is dissolved.
  • For 16 Servings Place 2 cups Hot Spiced Tea Mix in heatproof container. Add 3 quarts (12 cups ) boiling water. Stir until mix is dissolved.

Variation

Dissolve 3 Tbsp. Hot Spiced Tea Mix in 3/4 cup boiling water. Pour over ice cubes in tall glass.

    I have made this recipe as well as the Russian Tea Mix. They as very similar and I must admit I enjoy the Russian Tea the best. But I will be keeping a jar of this on the shelf next to the Russian Tea. Redwine48

    To prevent spices (cinn & cloves) from floating to the top. P;ace in blender or spice gringer with small amount of sugar or lemonade mix and blend until very, very fine. This is something learned many years ago on the Russian Tea. It is still my favorite.
