Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, and 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese, mixing 1-1/4 cups shredded cheese with the spinach and sprinkling remaining cheese over dip before baking.
Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring every 3 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until melted.
Discard perishable foods which have been left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Any leftover dip should be covered, refrigerated and used within 3 days.
