Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overal this is great and I would make it on hand. Overal this is great and I would make it on hand. I had all of the ingredients except for the peppers on hand so that was a plus. I did run to the store for the peppers and they definitely add to the dish. The mayo taste is heavy - this would probably depend on what brand you use. I don't like Kraft that much so I used another light brand. Next time I would cut the mayo down slightly and add some black pepper.

I agree with a previous reviewer that this recipie was a bit heavy on the mayo, so this time I added a package of dry Italian salad dressing mix. It definitely "kicked up" the flavor and blended well with the garlic. My family definitely liked this version bettter.

Since others said it lacked flavor, I added some feta cheese I had leftover from something else. I ate it with triscuit crackers and thought it was great. The feta cheese seemed to add some extra flavor! :)
