  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix spinach, mayo, cheese and garlic until well blended.
  • Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with peppers. Serve with WHEAT THINS Reduced Fat Baked Snack Crackers.

Makeover - How We Did It

We've made over this classic appetizer by decreasing the amount of Parmesan cheese, and we added roasted red peppers for color and flavor. Then, we used KRAFT Mayo Light Mayonnaise in place of regular KRAFT Mayonnaise so you can enjoy the same great taste and save 60 calories and 7 grams of fat per serving.

Creative Leftovers

Cover and refrigerate any leftover dip. Stir into hot mashed potatoes for a delicious boost of flavor.

I made it for the first time on Christmas eve..It was such a success that I had to make it again for my friends on New Year's Eve! The only thing I changed was that I served it with French Bread thin toasts smothered in garlic and olive oil. They were crispy and with a lot of flavor. They complemented the flavor of the spinach dip completely. They loved it!! and so extra easy to make!! Unbelievable!

Great, easy recipe. I would also double or triple this recipe if you are feeding over 4 people. I will definitely make this again.

Took this quick easy dip to a dinner party and it was a hit! Everyone wanted a copy of the recipe. You should definitely double the ingredients - I did so and there were only two other couples there. Some of them liked it so much they were eating it as a side! Try it and enjoy!
