  • Cook bacon in skillet as directed on package; remove from skillet, reserving 1 tsp. dripping in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels.
  • Add pineapple to skillet; cook on medium-high heat 4 min. or until lightly browned, turning after 2 min.
  • Spread toast slices with mayo; fill with greens, pineapple and bacon.
