Wrap cooled unglazed loaves tightly. Store up to 3 days at room temperature, or up to 3 months in freezer.

OMG Best Ever! Second time I made it with cherries instead of banana and used Coconut Pudding! Best Ever!
Made this recipe with a couple of changes. I used the large box of Jello Pudding because I could not find a 3.4 oz size. I also made this in my large muffin tins instead of loaf pans. Donated them to a bake sale and then made them again for Easter in both large and regular muffin tins. Large tins I baked for 40 minutes and regular tins I reduced to 30 minutes. Everyone who tasted them loved them.
