    Love this recipe! The grapes are an especially nice touch, and it's also a great way to use up leftover turkey. Unfortunately, my kids grumble about this when I make it, they don't care for rice very much. It can also be a bit spicy, depending on the spiciness of the curry powder you use.

    I made this last night and my husband loved it! It was so easy, and perfect for a hot day. I used left over chicken so this was the perfect "no cook" meal.
