  • Place coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Place vanilla and spice in empty pot of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew. When brewing is complete; stir until blended. Cool completely.
  • Combine 1/4 cup COOL WHIP and cool coffee in 2-qt. pitcher; stir until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Pour over ice in tall glasses. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.

Brew extra coffee and pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Next time you make this delicious latte, use the coffee ice cubes instead of regular ice cubes.

Place 1/3 cup canned pumpkin in empty pot of coffee maker before brewing.
