  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on high heat.
  • Add cheese, onions, green peppers, bell peppers, carrots, ginger, garlic and crushed red pepper; cook and stir 7 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. until heated through.

How to Cook Basmati Rice

Bring 4 cups water to boil in large saucepan on high heat. Meanwhile, rinse 1 cup basmati rice. Add rice to boiling water; simmer on medium heat 10 min. or just until rice is tender. Drain rice; spread onto baking sheet; cool completely. Use as directed in recipe.


Substitute farmer cheese, Halloumi cheese or extra-firm tofu for the paneer.
