To serve with a simple sauce, mix 2 tsp. cornstarch and 3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth until blended. Melt 2 tsp. butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped shallot; cook and stir 30 sec. Whisk in cornstarch mixture; bring just to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 1 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce.
For convenience, the mushroom mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 3 days before using as directed.
Cremini mushrooms are similar to white button mushrooms, except they are brown in color and have a bit more flavor.
