Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recipe in a regular springform pan. I made this recipe in a regular springform pan. It was a big hit. I made it for a family birthday dinner. They could not believe it took so few ingredients. I served it with chocolate dipped strawberries and formed chocolate swirls. Also, garnished with sugared grapes and chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce drizzled on the plate. It was a big hit. In fact, I have to do another one for another family birthday by special request. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made these except I did not add the oreo in the batter. I made these except I did not add the oreo in the batter. You can make these more versatile by putting a half of an oreo cookie or vanilla wafer flat side down in the line before adding batter to give you a cheesecake 'crust.' Because oreo was not in the batter I added different toppings like caramel, strawberry pie filling, and butterfinger/coolwhip. That way no matter what someone's favorie cheesecake is they can be satisfied!

They only needed 30 minutes in my oven but the rest of them came out sooooo. good. I love them, everyone enjoyed them. The french vanilla cool whip and oreo on top gave it an extra kick.

I have also made them using strawberry cream cheese and used Valentine printed cupcake liners. They looked like they came from a very fancy specialty shop!
