  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. dressing; shape into 8 thin patties. Combine remaining dressing and bacon. Spoon onto centers of 4 patties; top with Singles quarters and remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal.
  • Grill 7 to 9 min. on each side or until burgers are done (160°F).
  • Fill buns with lettuce, burgers and tomatoes.

Substitute 1/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese for the Singles.

I grilled these tonight for supper and my family thought it was delicious, flavorful, and a definite keeper! I am always looking for excellent recipes and this one fits this category. I read the previous comments so I was meticulous to seal the bacon and cheese inside but it still leaked out. The patties were gooey and hard to handle so I would suggest using a small amount of dry mix in the patty mixture instead of the actual dressing OR a less fat content of ground chuck (I used 80/20).

I made this for my husband, who really liked it, but I'm not sure I would make it again simply cuz it got kind of messy! I used my George Foreman & like others, it was kind of leaky. I used 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef mixed with 1 tbsp fat free ranch. I thought I'd sealed the 2 patties nice & tight, but if I make this again, I'm going to make sure the edges are bulletproof! But he loved the taste so I hope to get this right!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh My Goodness ! Oh My Goodness ! This was one of the best burgers I have ever had. My family just raved about them. I only got 3 burgers out of my pound of meat. which made them nice , thick and juicy. added a bit more bacon and sprinkled some minced onions on top. Toasted some kaiser rolls on the grill to serve them on along with some grilled corn on the cob. Will be making these again very soon. Thank you KRAFT !

In fact he requested it two days later so I changed it up abit, I added the bacon bits in with the meat mixture as well as the dressing and still added the cheese to the center. They were even better. The next time I made them I used Blue cheese dressing with bacon and shredded cheddar in the center. We love them. I like the fact that I can mix them up so many ways.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My husband loved these burgers. My husband loved these burgers. I've made them several times. They are very juicy and full of flavor. Its hard to go wrong with these. They are also very filling, which is great when your husband and kids have a bottomless pit for a stomache. One TIP: To make this an even faster recipe I buy Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits and Pieces for Recipes and use them instead of cooking and crumbling my own bacon.

One tip: I've found that they leak the ranch and cheese more when you try to do this on a George Foreman grill, plus they aren't as juicy. They just taste WAY better when on the regular grill. We made these for a barbeque using pre-formed patties, and that worked too. Everyone raved! These are a must try - you will love them!

Because they got to make it from the ground beef and not just the patties we had home made buns and we fried down the bacon and place it in small pieces they ate every bite of it and it was lot's of fun did not have the ranch dressing but used the Italian dressing I said if it's from kraft it could be used and it came out very tasty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone absolutely LOVED this recipe. Everyone absolutely LOVED this recipe. I cooked the last side just a touch too long. I think I added a little bit more ranch as well, I didn't really measure it, just eyeballed it. I used normal american cheese that I sliced myself, not a fan of the singles. I should have put more cheese in the center of some of the burgers. Will definitely make this again!
