  • Cut apples lengthwise in half. Use melon baller to remove inside of each apple, leaving 3/4-inch-thick shell. Brush cut sides of apples with lemon juice.
  • Microwave caramels and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute. Cool 5 min.
  • Use paper towel to blot moisture from insides of apples; fill with caramel sauce.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. or until caramel filling is firm. Cut into wedges to serve.
