Irish Cream Chocolate Mousse

This was very yummy. Just don't put in all of the liquor, I'm a drinker and i found it too strong. Taste it as you pour so that you can find your right mix.

My family liked this so well, we've come up with a few flavor combinations of our own. A favorite is chocolate mint!

I made this dessert as the ending to my St. Patricks day dinner (along with the corned beef brisket with cabbage recipe from this sight which was very good and I gave that 5 stars as well) all I can say is WOW! It was so good and rich with Irish Cream flavor, which I love. The raspberries are the perfect counterpart to cut through the richness of this dessert and really take it up another notch.

Very easy to prepare. Guests could not tell the difference from the scratch recipe. I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone wanting a grand dessert.
