I made this dessert as the ending to my St. Patricks day dinner (along with the corned beef brisket with cabbage recipe from this sight which was very good and I gave that 5 stars as well) all I can say is WOW! It was so good and rich with Irish Cream flavor, which I love. The raspberries are the perfect counterpart to cut through the richness of this dessert and really take it up another notch.
