Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this dessert as the ending to my St. I made this dessert as the ending to my St. Patricks day dinner (along with the corned beef brisket with cabbage recipe from this sight which was very good and I gave that 5 stars as well) all I can say is WOW! It was so good and rich with Irish Cream flavor, which I love. The raspberries are the perfect counterpart to cut through the richness of this dessert and really take it up another notch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This dessert was excellent! This dessert was excellent! I didn't have any liquor, so I used 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream and 1 tsp. of mint extract instead. It was just the right amount of mint flavoring. My family LOVED it!! This is a keeper in my house!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very yummy. This was very yummy. Just don't put in all of the liquor, I'm a drinker and i found it too strong. Taste it as you pour so that you can find your right mix.
