  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, steak sauce and eggs just until blended; shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour. After about 45 min., cook jam, mustard and Sriracha sauce in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Brush jam mixture onto meatloaf; bake 20 to 25 min. or until meatloaf is done (160ºF).


Prepare using peach preserves.

Special Extra

Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).
