HEAT oven to 375ºF.
MIX meat, stuffing mix, water, steak sauce and eggs just until blended; shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 1 hour. After about 45 min., cook jam, mustard and Sriracha sauce in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
BRUSH jam mixture onto meatloaf; bake 20 to 25 min. or until meatloaf is done (160ºF).
