    I didn't have shredded Mozzarella, so I cut up some string cheese I had into chunks. I think we liked it better!

    Amazing!! I get so many compliments on this and everyone asks for the recipe. The artichoke hearts really give this it's flavor. I do add more dressing but that just might be my taste.
