I made some adjustments to recipe by adding garlic salt, fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. I will definitely make again.
I just made this for lunch and it was really good. I put the dressing on top as well as the bottom and I sprinkled salt, pepper and fresh basil on top. Next time I make this I will melt mozzarella cheese on top. Yum! I served it with a salad to round it out.
