Substitute frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry, for the broccoli.
Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or your favorite crackers.
Use a red, green or yellow bell pepper as a unique serving bowl for this delicious dip. Simply cut off and discard top of pepper, then hollow out inside of pepper. For best results, look for peppers that can stand straight. Or, cut small piece off bottoms of peppers to allow them to stand even.
The oregano adds the perfect seasoning to this creamy dip. And as a bonus, the broccoli adds color, flavor and a good source of vitamin C.
