Italian Cheese-Stuffed Baked Chicken Breasts

These Italian Cheese-Stuffed Baked Chicken Breasts never fail to impress, but what's even more delightful is how easy they are to make!

What You Need

slices  OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
cup  loosely packed fresh basil leaves
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
cup  sliced roasted red peppers
clove  garlic, minced

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

TOP each ham slice with basil and cheese; roll up tightly. Place 1 ham roll on each chicken breast; roll up tightly, starting at one short end. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish.

BAKE 35 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

BLEND peppers and garlic in blender until smooth; spoon into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 40 sec. or until heated through. Serve over chicken.

How to Flatten Chicken Breasts
Place 2 chicken breasts in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Pound chicken with side of heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until chicken is 1/4-inch thick. Remove chicken from bag; set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with whole wheat linguini and a tossed green salad.
