    This dish was delicious!! It's become a new family favorite in our house! The recipe is perfect. Not too dry at all! I added some squash and onion with the sauteed vegetables. So good! I can't wait to make it again!!

    To make it not as dry I added a can of stewed tomatoes. It turned out great, will definitely make this one again!
