  • Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add sausage; cook 2 min. Stir in carrots, mushrooms, onions and celery; cook 4 to 5 min. or until sausage is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually stir in broth and milk. Add salad dressing mix and beans; mix well.
  • Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with bacon bits.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.

Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese.

For a fun serving bowl, cut a circle in top of 4-lb. pumpkin, about 3 inches away from stem to form lid. Clean out inside of pumpkin; discard pulp and seeds. Replace top. Rub outside of pumpkin with 1 Tbsp. oil. Bake at 375°F for 50 min. or until flesh is tender but outside is still firm. Cool. Fill with stew just before serving.
