This dinner, is pretty good. It's messy, but worth it. I used one yellow and one red pepper, and added a green zucchini.
Also I seasoned this dish with italian seasoning, garlic, black pepper, seasoning salt, dried onions (would have used fresh, but I didn't have any); and I also added little chili powder. I also put in half a can of water (i used the tomato can) I def. recommend adding the extra water to it.
Next time around, I am going to put some pesto sauce and more chili powder to give it more flavor.
