    This is a great salad treat! I had a luncheeon and served this. I made a large quanity and it turned out perfect. I used just vinegar and oil dressing. Thanks, Rosie

    Very good and healthy. Next time, I would add some red onion to the recipe. Great lunch or light dinner.
