This was perfect for me. Very filling, easy to make and low in calories, but higher in protein. I added steamed broccoli and carrots as a side dish. Very tasty :) I think the serving size is a little bit large - I only had about 1 cup total and it was still filling - probably due to the egg noodles. Very nicely balanced nutritionally!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This is very easy to make. This is very easy to make. I replaced the Balsamic Vinaigrette with the Light Raspberry Vinaigrette in which it gave it a very nice flavor. I did find that this is on the dry side, it needs some other type of liquid in it, maybe adding more tomatoes in it but crush them up to make more liquid for it. I will make it again and try it with more tomatoes in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was incredible! This was incredible! My husband, who doesn't even like balsalmic anything raved about this dish. Before freezing the chicken, I added 1/4 cup of the dressing and a tablespoon of parmesean cheese. it gave the chicken great flavor. I added more dressing to the pasta at the end too because the pasta seemed a little dry with the suggested dressing amount.

I did as the other two reviews suggested and added the tomatoes later, plus cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Once I finished cooking everything I dumped the noodles in and then ended up adding more dressing because it looked a little dry for our liking. Other than that, my husband and I LOVED it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this recipe! Love this recipe! EASY TO MAKE, tweaked it for what I had on hand-used more chicken, dried basil, different pasta noodle, roma tomatoes. Great as a warm dish, but I think it would be yummy served cool for summer months. I may add in broccoli or asparagus just for fun!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was very good and easy! This recipe was very good and easy! I used a package (16 oz) of egg noodles and added a lot more balsamic. Also, we used sun-dried tomatoes because of our taste preference. My husband loved this recipe and I did as well. Definitely adding to our rotation!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love quick and easy dinner recipes. I love quick and easy dinner recipes. This one was just that. I would never have thought to use egg noodles, but they were fine. I prefer a stiffer noodle, like fettucine. I substituted a can of diced tomatoes since I didn't have any cherry tomatoes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Easy to make but it's bland if you just follow the recipe. Very Easy to make but it's bland if you just follow the recipe. I seasoned my chicken with Italian seasoning and added more dressing at the end because the pasta was too dry. Other than that, I will cut the tomatoes prior to cooking next time too.
