Along with all the ingredients listed in this recipe, I also used Kraft 3 Cheese Ranch Dressing. I used half of the italian dressing that it called for and added the 3 Cheese Ranch until it was all coated with the ranch. This made it more of a pasta salad, which my husband and I loved. Let it sit over night and it will be even better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was SO good! This was SO good! Instead of the cheese crumbles, I got sharp cheddar, and cut it into bite sized cubes and tossed it in with the rest..Instead of romaine lettuce I used mixed lettuce from a bag. It was so yummy, and healthy too! Even my husband who wont eat vegetables ate it and loved it :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband and I both ate 2 bowls of this salad at one sitting! My husband and I both ate 2 bowls of this salad at one sitting! It was excellent and felt good to be eating so many vegetables! We are not cauliflower fans so I substituted broccoli and added fresh garlic. We also used the suggestion of adding crumbled bacon. Not your average salad!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was just so-so. This was just so-so. My husband loved it, but I didn't think it was anything special. It is hearty enough to eat as a main salad dinner though. And it's nice that it's very versital so you can use up whatever veggies are in the fridge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was the best! This was the best! So easy, and very light. My kids loved it (ages 5 and 2), and I'm certain to make it again. Would be very easy to substitute or add some other veggies - zucchini, for example? - and see how it goes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Goes together fairly quickly, like the combo of greens and pasta, love the crunch of the veggies. Goes together fairly quickly, like the combo of greens and pasta, love the crunch of the veggies. My hubby said I could send this to work for lunch any day. That is high praise because he almost never takes leftovers.
