Delicious and easy to make I loved it.
I've made many variations on this over the years including just adding the seasoning the the tub of whole cottage cheese.
When I added about 2 tbs of reg Mayo to this recipe though people could not tell the difference from a "full fat" dip recipe. I also like it with buttermilk instead of regular milk and a ranch seasoning packet.
I tried this as an alternative to sour cream. I would have to say that if you are used to a sour cream based dip this recipe will not satisfy.
