Tbsp.  KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

cup  finely chopped onions

cloves  garlic, minced
1
can  (14.5 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1
can  (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2
tsp.  dried basil leaves
1/4
tsp.  dried oregano leaves
1/2
lb.  halibut fillets, cut into bite-size chunks
1/2
lb.  cod fillets, cut into bite-size chunks

Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.

STIR in next 4 ingredients. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.

ADD fish; simmer 5 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve topped with cheese.
