I thought they were a little on the crunchy side. Some people may like that though. I was rushed and accidentally put diced tomatoes with jalepenos in the dish. It was spicy, but not as bad as I thought it would be. Could easily be made into "Mexican" green beans, use something else instead of Italian dressing!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this recipe! I love this recipe! I'm really not much of an Italian dressing person but, it goes very well with the green beans and tomatoes. The mixture of flavors is awesome! The mozzarella is the perfect thing to top this side dish off. Yum! :) I first made this a few months ago and now I make it all the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I make this recipe all the time. I make this recipe all the time. Like other posters have said, I use much less dressing. Just enough to coat the green beans without them getting soggy. I also use freshly grated parmesean instead of the mozarella, we prefer it. This dish is also great cold the next day!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I would also season this with salt and pepper next time too. I would also season this with salt and pepper next time too. Also, a little dressing goes a long way! I think I might use just a little less so that I enjoy the flavor of the beans and taste a little less dressing.
