Italian seasoning is a combination of dried basil, oregano and thyme. It can be purchased already blended or you can make your own. For each 1 tsp. of Italian seasoning called for, just combine 1/2 tsp. dried basil, 1/4 tsp. dried oregano and 1/4 tsp. dried thyme.
To make cleanup easier, line dish with foil. Just mold foil over bottom of empty dish, then pop the pre-formed foil into dish before using as directed.
