Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family loved this one. My family loved this one. I did pound the chicken flat and extended the broiling time (12 minutes on each side). It was a hit with everyone from my 2-yr. old to my hubby! I added the Italian Salad that was suggested. Everyone loved that. This is a new staple in our home.

We buy our chicken in bulk when it goes on sale and put enough chicken in a freezer bag for one meal, and then pour the italian dressing in the bag and freeze it that way. Seems like the chicken soaks up the dressing better this way, and it saves on marinade time later!
