  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix bread crumbs and milk in large bowl. Add meat, half the tomato sauce and remaining ingredients; mix just until blended.
  • Shape meat mixture into oval loaf in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour. Spoon remaining tomato sauce over meatloaf; bake 20 min. or until meatloaf is done (160ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked sweet potatoes and a steamed fresh green vegetable.

Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).

Thawing Ground Beef Safely

To thaw ground beef safely, keep the meat wrapped and thaw it in the refrigerator -- not on the countertop. Store on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator to prevent any drippings from cross-contaminating other foods. Use thawed meat within 2 days.
